Originally from Ontario, Alexis grew up ski racing competitively. Her love for sport and physical activity, combined with her desire to help others, is what drove her to pursue a career in physiotherapy. Alexis is passionate about exercise and movement, and most importantly, believes that it should be fun! Her treatment approach involves creating individualized and holistic programs to help kids realize their full potential and achieve their goals, whether that be a sport-specific pursuit, reducing pain, increasing strength, or simply feeling better when moving. Above all, Alexis loves helping kids participate in the activities they enjoy and feel good while doing them.

Alexis enjoys working with a range of clients, and has experience working with children with musculoskeletal pain, developmental delays, as well neurological and congenital disorders.
Outside of the clinic, Alexis is an outdoor enthusiast. You can find her in the mountains skiing, mountain biking, or trail running!
