Nicole graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Master of Physical Therapy. She began her career as a school-aged, community-based physiotherapist, working with a diverse group of children with complex medical needs; including developmental delays, congenital, and genetic disorders, many of whom were part of the At Home Program.

Growing up on the North Shore, Nicole spent many years first participating in and subsequently coaching recreational and competitive gymnastics for both preschool and school-aged children. This experience has provided her with valuable insight into child development, movement analysis, injury prevention, and performance optimization. She will apply these core competencies to deliver consistent value to every client.

Alongside her pediatric expertise, Nicole works in acute care at Lions Gate Hospital, where she supports patients in achieving their mobility goals and ensures they are prepared to return safely to their communities after discharge.

Now happily settled in Squamish, Nicole is excited to join the Sea-to-Sky community. She is passionate about making physiotherapy engaging, inclusive, and empowering — values that align perfectly with Groms’ mission to help kids build roots, grow strong, and move mountains.

Outside of the clinic, you can find Nicole playing outside in in the forest. She also enjoys cooking and reading a good book on those rainy Squamish days!
