Marie-Li
Lapierre
Physiotherapist
Originally from Montreal, Quebec, Marie-Li has always been engaged in various sports since childhood (Baseball, Kin-Ball, Flag football, rugby, climbing, skiing/snowboarding). She pursued her love for sport academically at the University of Montreal. Here she was part of the varsity rugby team, and graduated with a Masters in Physical Therapy.

Marie-Li realised her desire to pursue a career in Paediatric Physiotherapy after a placement with infants and toddlers at Sainte-Justine Hospital in Montreal. She loves working with kids of all ages, to witness the different stages of child development, follow their personal journeys and the many challenges that come with growing up. Time Marie-Li spent working with Indigenous Communities in Northern Quebec made her well equipped to face different challenges in her work.
Marie-Li is really excited to join the Groms team to help children thrive and guide them through the process of achieving their goals.
Beyond her professional life, Marie-Li finds joy in exploring the mountains year-round, either on foot or on skis. She also enjoys board games and sharing good food with friends and family.
